Tube Sheet Cleaning Setup

  1. The standard flex frame adaptor will allow for the Gun Adaptor to be securely fastened (see foto).

  2. The Gun Adaptor will allow for the High Pressure lance to be fixed at the correct distance (HP Lance can be positioned and secured at various distances for optimal performance).

  3. A great variety of Gun Nozzles can be used.

A safe set up which will allow you to clean the tube bundle surface without the use of a jetting gun. By simply using the Flex Frame indexing function and a fixed gun nozzle you can cover the surface area from a safe distance. It works seamlessly with the Flex Frame 3.0 (4″) and Flex Frame 2.5″.
