Condenser cleaning setup (Flex Frame 3.0)
The Peinemann Condenser cleaning setup offers an optimal solution for accessing and servicing tight and difficult-to-reach exchangers such as condensers, owing to its compact and adaptable design. Specifically engineered for installation within constrained operational spaces, this setup can be affixed to condenser tube sheets effortlessly using specialized expander bolts, eliminating the need for additional scaffolding. Compatible with the 3-TLX model, it utilizes snorkel hoses to navigate and service even the most confined areas effectively. Furthermore, this setup is available with an optional camera system with air knife, enabling safe operation from a distance.

Tube Sheet Cleaning Setup
A safe set up which will allow you to clean the tube bundle surface without the use of a jetting gun. By simply using the Flex Frame indexing function and a fixed gun nozzle you can cover the surface area from a safe distance. It works seamlessly with the Flex Frame 3.0 (4″) and Flex Frame 2.5″.

This set up includes all the required items which will allow for efficient cleaning of Fin Fan Tubes. This setup is only suitable for the 3-TLX.
